Witnesses reported that several hundred people were in Municipal space in the yard behind the houseincluding some on and under the roof of the porch, when it collapsed.
Pittsburgh Ems took 16 people hospital for treatment; 13 were transported in a stable state and three were transported in a difficult but stable condition, according to a statement.
