Executive Director Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Kasi Viswanathan shared insights into the franchise signed by Bogwad Ruturaj Gaikwad during the 2019 Indian Premier League auction. Kasi Viswanathan attributed the CSK scouting team, led by Sharath and Sunil Oasis, to identify the Gaikwad ruture as future stars for the team.
Chennai Super Kings was signed by Bogwad Bogwad for its basic price of ₹ 20 lakh at IPL 2019 auction. However, the dough debuted in 2020, reaching 204 running in six matches. Gaikwad entered the center of attention at IPL 2021 after winning an orange cap and playing a key role in CSK’s fourth title victory.
