Duterte takes responsibility for the Deadly Philippine Drug War, expects a long ICC battle

Former Filipin President Rodrigo Duterte, who was arrested on Wednesday in custody of the International Criminal Court on Wednesday, told fans on Facebook video to take full responsibility for a deadly “war against drugs” of his administration. The ICC arrest warrant states that Duterte’s death department in which thousands of alleged distributors and users were killed.
