People ‘underestimate’ the importance of meeting the entrepreneur of Chinese President XI: Alibaba Tsai

A meeting of Chinese President XI Jinping with entrepreneurs last month gave companies a belief that they invest, president Alibaba Group Joe Tsai said on CNBC Converge live in Singapore on Wednesday.

“People underestimate the importance of that meeting,” he said. “What did this meeting do to the whole entrepreneurial sector, or … a private business sector, whether it is private business people to be a belief that they invest in their job.”
