Republican MP wants to prevent China to ‘break away’ Americans

Tail. Ashley Hinson, R-iowa, says it’s time for the Ministry of Justice to give tools that are needed to resolve Chinese trade crimes. The congress woman who protects the US industry and work from international trade crimes has two -sided support because both Democrats and Republicans seek to stop the threats that China represented.
Chinese companies have been charged with theft of intellectual ownership of the American company (IP) and flooded the market cheaper versions of its products, which are often low qualities. Chinese companies also allegedly committed trade crimes by transnational shipping, which includes shipping products to another country to avoid US tariffs.
“This is a US DNA protection, because the bottom line has ran our business and our workers for decades,” Hinson told Fox News Digital. “You know, we talk a lot about tariffs and punishments that exist for those who visit our laws, but we also have to support that by implementing our laws.”

Hinson’s legislation would establish a Working Group of DOJ focused on the investigation and prosecution of crimes related to trade, creating a mechanism for implementing US law.

One of the companies struggling with the effects of the Chinese theft of IP is CQ Medical, which focuses on radiotherapy and innovation in health care. The Chinese company based in the US in Ohi reportedly underestimated CQ Medical, offering lower quality products of two thirds of the price. According to the CQ Medical statement, Chinese company It uses “almost identical” product names, which led to the confusion of the consumer.
“And these are things that can really help our hospitals to cure the radiation of cancer properly. So when you underestimate the American company that does the research and development they now face, an unjust competitive advantage from the Chinese company that steals this intellectual property,” Hinson told Fox News Digital.

Hinson says the problems facing CQ Medical “at the center of what we need to encourage” when it comes to resolving the Chinese theft practices and trade crimes.
The Iowa Congress woman emphasized the need to “retreat” to “unjust and illegal trade practices” to protect US companies and consumers. In the case of CQ MEDICAL, the products produced by his Chinese competitor brought patients at risk because of their low quality. They also put American workers at risk not to see employment opportunities here.
“You look at the village America and the influence that has a company like CQ Medical. They create these jobs and bring people to places like Iowa and Pennsylvania. And when you look at the print they have, they want to grow and expand to the places here at home,” Hinson told Fox News Digital.

Hinson explained Fox News Digital that CQ Medical is the top of the iceberg and the Chinese trade crime cost American economy “Hundreds of billions, if not bodily dollars a year” offering products at extremely reduced prices.
