Hearn criticizes the Alalshikha Plan ‘One Belt’, claiming that it will limit the possibilities

Promotor Eddie Hearn says that the Plan of Turki Alalshikh and Dana White would have one champion in the division in the whole sport prevented many fighters from getting the opportunity to fight for the belt. Turks and White Plan is not a repair for the salvation of sports. It will make it worse.

Career freezing

With only one champion, the competitors should forever get the recordings of the title, especially if there are a repeated rematch as we see with Arthur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol. The careers of the candidate are frozen as they wait for the title to be shot into the title, old and missed.

Turkish’s idea that he has one champion by weight will blush sports, preventing many fighters to fight for belts and capture them. What could hurt sports is to enable fighters to move more divisions to skip the line to fight for a world title without competition in that weight class.

Jump into the line

Turks have money to try to change sports so there is one belt, its weight, but it is unrealistic without four sanctioning bodies coming out of work. This would require not only that, but also if all the promoters outside his company renounce.

The only thing Turks and Dana White can do is fragment sports more, with their league. They are likely to target talented fighters developing other promoters, letting them do a hard work, and then offer them big money to come to their league.

In other words, tHey would be like wolvesLooking at fighters outside their company and asking them to translate them. Even working, they would not be able to create one belt that is recognized as the only one. Sport would be as fragmented as it is now, but even more.

Fighting title?
