In the world of sports, at some point in the career of an elite athlete, that person achieves an achievement that is translated into a special moment, on Saturday night on March 1 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, many fans of the fight believe that Lamont Roach JR has been robbed from his moment.
Entering the WBA lightweight match of the world title, Lamont Roach was considered a great underdog. However, Roach was a discipline stuck in his game plan and, as a result, he received a controversial draw.
Initially, when the fight was announced, the hardcore box fans were not impressed by the fact that Roach was the third fighter who made Davis in weight. Occasional fans accepted the fight over the geographical aspect.
