It was not clear to which statement of Galatasaray refers to.
Speaking at a press conference after the Istanbul derby, Mourinho said that the home bench was “jumping like a monkey” and also repeated the criticism of Turkish judges, saying that it would be a “disaster” for the use of officials from the country.
On Monday, Slovenian Slavko Vincic reviewed the match after both clubs requested a foreign official surrender for fixing.
Like a threat to legal proceedings, Galatasaray said he would file an “official appeal” to football management bodies.
Mourinho – Former Chelsea manager, Manchester United and Tottenham – and Fenerbahce just answered the accusations.
After the game, Mourinho asked about the performance of 19-year-old defender Yusuf Akcicek and said: “I have to thank the referee. After a big dive in the first minute and their bench jumps like a monkey on top of the baby. After five minutes I would have to change it. “

In a statement, Galatasaray said: “From the beginning of his managerial duties in Turkey, manager Fenerbahce Jose Mourinho persistently issued derogatory statements directed towards the Turkish people. Today, his discourse escalated outside only immoral comments in the unequivocally inhuman rhetorical rhetorical.
“We officially declare ourselves on our intention to initiate a criminal proceedings regarding racist statements by Jose Mourinho, and accordingly will file an official complaint with UEFA and FIFA.
“Furthermore, we will diligently observe the attitude that Fenerbahce adopted – an institution that has been confessed to support” exemplary moral values ” – in response to the humiliating behavior exposed by their manager.”
Double winner of the Champions League Mourinho, 62, was appointed manager of Fenerbahce last summer and is banned and punished at the beginning of this season for judgment of court standards in Turkey.
Prior to the game on Monday, he welcomed the decision to use a foreign official after describing the environment in the country as “toxic” above.
