The leader of the German conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) said that the ability to the far right of AFDs to win over 20 percent of support in the parliamentary elections “last warning” that the main parties manage better. CDU and his partner, Christian Social Union (SCU), finished first with 28.6 percent of the vote.
