Trump media that will propose re -incorporating in Florida
(Reuters) – US President Donald Trump Trump Media & Technology Group announced on Friday that he would suggest the reunion of the company in Florida at his annual meeting in late April.
“We look forward to uniting our legal home with our physical home as we explore the options for merging, acquisition, partnership and other growth,” said Devin Nunes CEO.
Nunes added that the company is dedicated to Florida, which “shows a huge respect for a free business.”
The proposal comes because several companies, including Dropbox and Bill Ackman, recently said they are moving or considering moving their establishment from Delaware.
