The WBC Champion in the Lightweight category Shakur Stevenson (23-0, 11 KO) scored the ninth round of who–in Fringe candidate Josh Padley (15-1, 4 ko) on Saturday night at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Padley was lowered three times in the ninth round of the body’s shot before his corner threw a towel. It was a good decision because he had no chance. Shakur left in the ninth ninth without any fear that he would be able to throw him back.
Despite being overwhelmed and insufficient for the task, Padley fought bravely all the time and sometimes fighting Shakur.
