Kl Rahul wins Virat Kohli for this prestigious award after the first match of Trophy champion 2025
Wickeket-Batter Kl Rahul won the Gardi Removable Garden Award in the match for his great capture during the introductory match of the India Champions Trophy 2025 against Bangladesh. Kl Rahul took three good catch behind the stumps in the match.
While Rahul won the prize, the competition was not easy. Together with him, Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill also took an extraordinary catch in the match. However, the Indian field coach T Dilip decided to award Rahula award for his awareness of the game behind the stumps.

Kl Rahul beat Virat Kohli to become a locker room in the match
Kl Rahul defeated Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill in the race to become the best match striker for India. Kohli also took two good catch in the match. He first grabbed the covers to reject Captain Bangladesh’s lease of Hossain Shato, and then took a high catch to break an important attitude between Towhid Horidoy and Jaker Ali.
T dilip took the Kochli’s performance and welcomed the veteran for his chances. “He does what he does all the time, entering his positions, grabbing every opportunity when it comes to his path,” Dilip said.
In the meantime, the fast bowlers Mohammed Shami also took a good catch to throw away Hridoy for a towing for the last day of Bangladesh. Shami quickly bypassed the tall ball and started off his short fine leg to catch well.
Dilip also praised Shubman Gill for brilliantly caught on Slip to reject Mehidy Hasan Miraz from the bowling of Mohammed Shami. However, the award winner was KL Rahul for his three extraordinary catch behind the stumps.
“I think he was very consistent behind the stumps. Because with a new ball, diving on the leg, not just this game, he worked really well, taking you in important cases,” Dilip said about Rahul.

Good day for Kl Rahul
All in all, Kl Rahul had a good day behind the stumps. He picked up two catches, one of Mohammed Shami’s fast bowlers and two couses with a bowling hand of Axar Patel. Rahul was given the opportunity to catch in the first match.
He simply captured to reject Bangladesha opener Soumya Sarkar for a duck that gave India and Mohammed Shamia a great start. Rahul had to wait until the ninth for the next catch of this game.
Kl Rahul caught Axara Patel brilliantly to reject Tanzid Hasan. The ball was not convinced from the outer edge, but Rahul knew it and immediately appealed to it, the co -pointer eventually singled it out despite the bowler was not attractive and it turned out to be a real call.

Rohit lowered Jaker Ali to Slip his first ball that even cost Axar Patel a well-deserved hat-trick. A few excess later, Hardik Pandya lowered another light catch in the middle to give Hridoy a new life.
