Law Ny ‘Green Light’ Red is a public security flag, national security: experts

Controversial New York law that blocks federal agents trying to implement immigration laws to see illegal immigrants Records on criminal driving during stopping are brought into the implementation of law and US citizens in danger, experts say, and Trump’s administration suing in order to cancel the legislation.
The so -called Green Light Law, officially known as a law on driver’s licenses and privacy, entered into force in 2019, but was under the renovated control after a fatal shooting in neighboring Vermont left by US Customs and Border Border Agency nearby borders with a border with the Canada border, and as President Donald Trump ordered throughout the country for famous criminal aliens at the beginning of their second term in the White House.
“All information that can help implement the law to stay safe while performing their duties are quite taken away by this Law on Green Light,” said Hector Garz, Vice President of the National Council of Border Patrol.
The “Green Light Law” has two key features. One is the approval of driver licenses to illegal immigrants. The second is that it blocks homeland security, immigration and customs execution and border patrol agents from access to drivers in New York, including those for offenses and offenses.

“What does this is that it prevents agents for the implementation of the law to get any type of information regarding any registrations the state has,” Garza said. “For example, before we get involved in stopping traffic, the law enforcement will always be implemented by checking the vehicle registration whether there are orders whether that person is considered armed and dangerous.”
This information can help agents make informed decisions before they start stopping and as they approach the vehicle.
“You could actually invoke an additional backup,” he said. “You may not want to pull someone near schools or near communities where there could be a lot of traffic for example. You might want that traffic to stop further in the city, exactly where it could be safer.”

“They have green light laws, which means they give the green light to any illegal side in New York, where law enforcement officers cannot check their identity if they have withdrawn them,” Pam Bondi’s Chief Lawyer said last week. “And the law officials do not have access to their background. And if these great men and women withdraw someone and do not have access to their background, they have no idea who they deal with, and that puts their life of the lines every day.”
Although New York is one of a dozen countries that enables illegals to drive, the provision has blocked access to the records of motor vehicles that have encouraged concern.

“Our state laws, including the Green Light Act, protect the rights of all New Yorkers and keep our communities,” she said. “I’m ready to defend our laws as always.”
The law advocates claim that the roads make safer because illegal immigrants’ drivers will pass the driver’s exam if they receive a state license. But members of the law enforcement see it differently.
“We are targeting people who have very serious and dangerous criminal files, people who have been convicted of serious crimes. These are the people we are after that,” Garza said. “So, whenever we do a vehicle records, these are the information we ask so that we can target those people who are threatening society.”

“I have seen many, many arrests that are the result of stopping the CBP traffic on the border or stopping the border patrol in the United States,” Fox News Digital told Fox News. “On the border, we were looking for people trying to enter the United States illegally with false documents or criminals trying to smoke aliens in the compartments of their vehicle. In the country, we sought smugglers who were transporting foreigners to paste houses or their final destination in the United States.”
