Kramer is facing 13 charges of criminal offenses claiming to have violated the Law in New Hampshire against trying to distract one of the voting using the wrong information. He also faces 13 misdemeanor charges of accusing that he is falsely represented as a candidate with his own behavior or other person. The charges were filed in four counties and will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office.

Phillips distanced himself from Kramer, who said he was acting alone.

Lingo Telecom said he did not agree strongly with the action of the FCC, which he called an attempt to retroactive imposing new rules.
“Lingo Telecom takes his regulatory obligations extremely seriously and has been fully collaborating with federal and state agencies to help identify foreign responses for the origin of New Hampshire Robocall campaign,” the company said.
“Lingo Telecom was not involved in the production of these calls and actions that undertaken fulfilled all applicable federal regulations and industrial standards.”
