Hassett appeared on the CBS “Face the Nation”, where he said that he and Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins “collaborates with all the best people in the Government, including academics around the country and around the world” to be ready for President Donald Trump next week regarding the disease.

“Biden’s plan was just, you know, kill the hens, and they spent billions of dollars just randomly killing chickens on the rim where they found a sick chicken,” he said.

Hassett said that the plan on which he works at Trump’s administration “had better ways with biological safety and medication and so on to ensure that the rim does not have to kill the chickens.”
