The Vivek Ramaswam campaign endured paperwork to start her widely expected running for Governor Ohia, Fox News Digital Can Can.
The campaign of the risk capitalist filed its appointment of a treasurer with the Secretary of State Ohio on Friday. The form is a request before the Candidate Committee of the campaign gives any expenditure or receives contributions.
Application of the application is an official registration for Ramaswamy’s Gubernator Committee. While the application was made under the name “Vivek Ramaswamy for Ohio” and the online records did not record the explicit reference to the Gubernator offer, Ramaswamy hinted hard about the Ohio governor race, which will be held in 2026. Current Gov. Mike Dewine It does not fulfill the conditions for guidance, after taking over the post in 2019.
Subject of the application comes almost a month after it was revealed that Ramaswamy went President Donald Trump Government Efficiency Initiative (Doge). In a Fox News statement, Trump-van spokeswoman Anna Kelly said Ramaswamy “played a critical role in helping Doga creating.”

“Soon he intends to run for the duties selected, which demands that he stay out of the reach, based on the structure we have announced today,” Kelly explained. “We thank him immensely for his contribution in the last two months and we expect that he will play a vital role in becoming great America again.”
The Ramaswamy’s outlet from Doge came after he and the Tesla Executive Director Elon Musk polarized Trump’s supporters because of their support H-1B of temporary workers’ visa. Then Ramaswamy spoke to his departure, saying that it was “honor” to help creating Doge.
“I am convinced that Elon & Team will be able to simplify the Government,” he said. “I will have to say very quickly about my future plans in Ohi. Most importantly, we are all in everything to help President Trump to make America again!”

Republican leaders have supported Ramaswamy in recent weeks, including GOP SENS. Mike Lee from Utah and Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee. In the post, Blackburn said Ramaswamy has a “heart of servants and a great entrepreneurial mind.”
“Ohija people would serve his guidance well, and if he decides to run, he will have my full support,” the Republican wrote in Tennessee.
Lee said he was sure Ramaswamy would win the Buckeye Gubernator race and that he would “transform Ohio for the better.”
