Nottingham Forest Wait on Awoniyi tests
Nottingham Forest awaits the Taiwo Awoniyi earthquake check results to determine if the striker can face Fulham this weekend.
Awoniyi on Tuesday night ended the broken nose with goalkeeper Exeter Joe Whitworth, and was treated for more than 10 minutes on the field at St. James before he went to the carrier.
He appeared after the game to celebrate with his teammates after winning the 4-2 penalty in Fa Cup fourth round, but his availability for Saturday depends on whether the tests confirmed that he had suffered a brain earthquake.
If the results of the fort did it, it will be excluded for 12 days according to the protocol and will not return to the match against Newcastle on February 2nd.
Forest Boss Nuno Espirito Santo said: “We are waiting for approval from the earthquake protocol. I am not sure whether to be available or not [for Fulham].
“It looks okay. He smiled, hurts him, but in these situations we have to be careful. Real protocols, two or three days to calm down and see if it is available. “

Hudson-Odoi was supposed to return
Forest could have a wing player Callum Hudson-Odoi available in Craven Cottage after groin problems.
Nuno added: “He is progressing. He joined the group and yesterday and today. He was part of the session and we still have tomorrow to evaluate it, and also a lot of players for knocking.
“I’m positive [he will be in contention to be in the squad against Fulham] But we still have to make sure it is 100%. Let’s wait tomorrow. “
Forest overwhelmed this season-they sit in third place in the Premier League, three points behind second-placed Arsenal-two and because the key players hold Fit, and Nuno says his job is to find answers when injuries occur.
He said, “I don’t have to think [injuries] When that doesn’t happen. When that happens, we have to find solutions. That is important to us.
“We have solutions when it comes to the depth of the team. It will be better if we can hold everything healthy by the end of the season and we can compete in both competitions to the end. We don’t work on ‘IFS’. It is important that we have a balance and a good team.”
