California families celebrate Trump’s administration probe in rejection of the state to follow an athlete command

President Donald Trump’s Education Department is planning Explore California Athletic Association of Public Schools, California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), because his executive order for banning transgender athletes from girls’ sports is not respected.
AND The California Council of the Family (CFC) praised the decision.
“The California Council of the family celebrates the decision of the US Ministry of Education to initiate an investigation by the IX title on CIF because of its role in allowing males to compete in sports for girls,” the statement said.
“For too long, the CIF has blinded the view of the concerns of athletes, parents and coaches, priority to the radical gender ideology over the honesty, safety and integrity of women’s athletics. This investigation is a crucial step towards the return of justice in high school sports in secondary school sports.”

CFC Information Director Sophia Lorey said that the intervention of Trump’s administration was crying “tears of joy”.
“As a four-year-old CIF athlete and a three-year-old captain, I fought for all the girls to have the same athletic options I had,” Lorey said. “CIF policies have undermined decades of difficult victories for athletes, and it’s time to answer the damage they have caused.
Lorey advocated the girls affected by a transgender athlete in California for three years.
Lorey intervened in the fall at Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California, when a national controversy broke out through a transgender athlete who took a place from a girl runner.
That girl, Taylor Starling, then took things into her own hands when she and teammate Kaitlyn Slavin made T -shirts that said “Save Girls Sports” and started wearing them to school. They then filed a lawsuit against a school district when administrators were allegedly despised by wearing shirts and comparing them to swastika.
Starling’s father, Ryan Starling, expressed his gratitude to Trump’s administration for taking measures to explore defiance with state defiance with a recent executive order.
“Our family cannot thank the President Trump enough. We are so excited to see that common sense is prevalent. This was a long combat battle for so many people on so many fronts. Even the school administrators who work in the jurisdiction of the CIF celebrate the Doe investigation.

Chino Unified Sonja Shaw School Board president told Fox News Digital to call for consequences for all institutions that made it possible for transgender athletes to participate in girls’ sports.
“As the mother of two CIF athletes, president of the school committee and the advocate of children, I saw firsthand the devastating impact of these policies. The girls are pushing aside, their safety is threatened and their capabilities are stolen,” Shaw said.
“This investigation is a critical step in the right direction, but we need a real, decisive action.
“We warned you, now, face the consequences.”

Amber Franch, a female swimmer at the California Baptist University, claimed that the CIF would allow transgender athletes to compete with girls will take away biological athletes of the faculty and endanger their safety.
“If you allow males to compete in women’s sports, fewer females will have the opportunity to go to the CIF and swim in front of the coaches of college to recruit themselves,” French told Fox News Digital. “Allowing males who do not want to compete against their sex, compete in women’s races, takes away all the diligent female athletes. There are separate categories for a reason.
“This investigation is the first step to protect the integrity, safety and possibilities of women’s sport.”
The CIF told Fox News Digital that he was informed of an upcoming investigation.
“Although the CIF was informed of the investigation, we do not comment on the waiting investigation,” said CIF spokesman.
Trump’s Doe will also investigate the Minnesota Athletics Association for refusing to adhere to the executive order.
Doe also explores the San Jose State University, University of Pennsylvania and Interscholastic Athletic Association for Separate Incidents that include Massachusetts transgender athletes Competing in a women’s sports team or girls.
