The pilot killed in a collision was identified as Chad Antill (34) from Nome.
Other victims, according to the Daily Newsu Anchorage, were Liane Ryan, 52, of Wasilla; Donnell Erickson, 58, out of Nome; Andrew Gonzalez, 30, from Wasilla; Jadee Moncur, 52, from the Eagle River; Ian Hofmann, 45, from Anchorage; Talaluk Katchatag, 34, from Unalakleet, and Carol Mooers, 48, from Unalakleet.
Ryan, a former teacher of science and coach of volleyball, “had such a cheerful and arrogant personality, and dedicated his life after retirement by growing new teachers and encouraging them through those first incredibly difficult years,” Jamie Burgess, supervisor for public schools, said Knu.

Erickson, a Bering School District, described the local station as a “really good guy” resident of Nome Michael Nichols.

Katchatag’s oldest sister Ayyusue Katchatag, said on the Goofundme page That her brother, “many known as TK, was so soft, wise outside his age, a very strong man.”
“Not only strongly in the course, but also the spirit in mind. His soul was honest and thus lived his life in fact. TK loved his family, his children, his parents, brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, relatives, associates , and friends, “she continued.
Talaluk Driscoll Loiko Katchatag, 34, described his oldest sister as “a soft pronunciation, wise outside her age, a very strong man.” (GoFundme)
Said one of the native sons of San Antony Crowdfunding website Spotfund that the military veteran was “educator, mentor and community leader”.
“She was on her way to picking up students to go to college in Juneau and Anchorage,” Aaron Mooers wrote, adding that “she deserves the best and has always wanted to be buried with her service members in San Antonio.”

Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the small passenger aircraft to be descended into the Ice Berin’s More. All victims’ remains were recovered and “officially brought home”, a volunteer fire department wrote on Facebook over the weekend.
A single turboproper plane traveled from Unalakleet to the HUB community of Nome when it disappeared on Thursday afternoon.

The plane crash is one of the most deadly in Alaska in 25 years.
