Tiger Woods to play in the Genesis of Invitation, marking return to the competition for the first time from the British Open
The first time after British opened in July, Tiger Woods Return is in action on a golf course.
Woods, 49) committed on Friday playing 18 holes on Genesis invitation in pine trees.

Torrey Pines is a course where Woods last ended in the first 10 on a Pga tour The event, when he was standing out for ninth place in Farmers Insurance Open 2020.
At Invitation, Genesis is not cut, which means that Woods will walk all four days regardless of his performance.
The last time Woods played four rounds was on Last year’s masterswhen he knocked the record record for most cuts made in the prestigious Major with his 24th consecutive cut.

Woods missed the cut on the other three main tournaments in which he played.
The 15-plow main champion competed in the Indoor TGL league, which made his debut on January 7, 2025.
Invital Genesis begins on February 13th and lasts until February 16th.
