RCMP Commissioner Mike Duheme says that the federal move on the list of cartel cartridges is as terrorist entities in the fight Fentanil Trade would give mountains more tools to start charges and enforcement of law.

Duheme said that RCMP plans to rent two Black Hawk helicopters next year to supplement the couple that began to patrol the border last month.
