Southern California Edison, an electric company that provides power of about 15 million California, said his equipment may have started Fire And looks at a possible connection with Eaton Fire. Eaton and Hurst fires burned about 124,000 and 800 acres, respectively, in Los Angeles County last month.

Pizarro, President and CEO Edison International said in a statement on Thursday. “We are completely engaged from the beginning of the fire in supporting the wider effort to respond to emergencies, restraints, recovery and investigations.”
The Los Angeles Police Directorate is the main agency awarded to investigate the causes of both fires and find that the origin of the Hurst fire is associated with the Sce -equipment.

Edison International is working to obtain a network data, records of maintenance, photos and videos to determine that the fire may have caught fire from its equipment, the public said.
Residents have so far filed 40 lawsuits against Sce -a after fire, according to Los Angeles Times.
“Edison of southern California finally admitted what fire lawyers like me had known for weeks: that they were the cause of Hurst fire,” said Neama Rahmani, a lawyer who represents the victims of Eaton Fire, for Fox News Digital. “Now is the time for Edison to accept the responsibility for the Eaton fire, which is why thousands of owners and renting houses of Pasaden and Altaden have lost their homes and caused dozens of billions of dollars.”
Rahmani noted that “Edison’s lawyers sent a letter, which implies that the homeless man of hundreds of meters from the Eaton Fire source may have been the cause.”

“You do not have to be a fire expert to know that it caused the Edison Tower. We all saw the pictures and videos of the spark at the top of the tower, causing dry vegetation under the set on fire,” he said. “Instead of doing the right thing, Edison decided to dig in heels and litigation. We and our clients are ready to fight.”

The scene predicts that the full investigation of the origin of the fire will take months.

“Edison International and the scene are part of this community for almost 140 years,” Pizarro said. “While we are working on renovation, Sce’s constant investment in the prevention and relief of fire, including underground and hardening of the network in high risk areas, will continue to expand if necessary.”
Members of the crew scene, performers and staff for their help installed 400,000 feet of transmission lines (approximately 75 miles); Set 1,265 columns; and replaced 380 transformers from January 31. The scene also opened 24 locations for users during windiness, according to Edison International.

Fires So far, 57,636 hectares have been burned, destroyed 16,255 buildings and left 29 people of the dead. Tens of thousands were displaced after their homes were destroyed.
