Super Bowl 2025: Kendrick Lamar, Jon Batiste and Lauren Daigle leading performers


Performers on 2025 Super Bowl have been announced.

In an effort to celebrate a rich musical history found in New Orleans, where the big game is held this year, many of the pre -band on this year’s show are rooted to the city.

“We are honored to do with this year’s pre -band setting to celebrate the rich musical legacy of New Orleans and the whole country,” said Seth Dudowsky, head of music at NFL, in a statement. “Super Bowl is a rare moment to unite fans around the world, and this year’s performers will bring energy, soul and vibrant sounds of the region to the global stage, because we remembered Super Bowl Lix with the celebration.”

Here’s who the audience can expect to see on one of the world’s biggest stages.

The new Orleans, Jon Batiste should perform a national anthem ahead of the big game.

An excellent musician was nominated for an impressive 22 Grammy awards, with five total wins and two nominations for the Academy Award, with two victories. He was recently nominated for two Grammy Awards and released his eighth studio album, “Beethoven Blues (Batiste Piano Series, Vol. 1), which made his debut on Billboard’s classic scales.

He also wrote a score for the hit movie “Soul”, which earned him a win from an Oscar, a documentary “Saturday night” and “American Symphony”, which was nominated for two Grammy and received one Oscar nod.

Singing stage to sing “American The Beautiful” is a popular singer of Christian music and originally from Louisiane, Lauren Daigle.

Daigle first broke out on stage with his third studio album “Look for a Child”, 2018, which peaked in 3th place on the Billboard Top 200, and presented her song “You Ay”, which became certified sixth times platinum.

The singer received her first nomination for the 2016 Grammy Award for her debut album, “How Can Be”, in the Best Contemporary Christian Music album category. She continued to get five more nominations and two victories for the best album of contemporary Christian music and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “Look for a Child” and “You Aye”.

Her latest album of the same name, released in 2023, included his sixth song on top, “Thank God and”, which led her to surpass the billion flow around the world.

Trombon Shorty

Daigle joined the stage while performing “America Beautiful”, his novel is New Orleans Troy Andrews, professionally known as Trombon Shorty.

He is primarily a trombone player, a musician is known for his fusion of various genres, including rock, pop, jazz, funk and hip-hop. He released his first solo album with the main label “Backatown”, in 2010, which earned him his first nomination for the Grammy Award.

Since then, he has released four more albums, including “For True”, “Symphony Parking” and “Abolished”. He won his first Grammy 2022 Award for his work as a prominent artist on Jon Batiste’s album “We Are”. He later received two more Grammy nominations, both in the category of best regional root albums.

Ledisi

R&B, jazz and soul singer, and New Orleans Native, Ledisi, should take the stage during the pre-show to sing “Raise every voice and sings.”

The singer began her career at theater before she released her debut album “Soulsinger” in 2000. She continued to record and publish albums, recently her 11th studio album “Good Life”.

Through his longtime music industry, Ledisi received 15 Grammy Award nominations, winning once in the best traditional R&B performance category, for his performance “Anything for You” 2020.
