Fifteen people, including 14 women, were killed in an attack on a car on a vehicle transported by agricultural workers in northern Syria, say the first respondents.
Another 15 women were wounded with an explosion on the outskirts of Manbij, east of Alep, according to Syrian civil protection.
The agency, also known as white helmets, said some were wounded in critical state and warned that the number of deaths could increase.
There were no immediate demands of any armed group.
It was the second deadly car attack in the Manbij area in three days.
On Saturday, two children and women were among four people killed by an explosion on a street in the city center.
