The DRC leader commits a “strong” answer as fighters supported in Rwanda | News of the conflict


The Democratic Republic of Congo vowed the “strong” military response against the Rwanda fighters, who further progressed to the mineral east of the country after seizing most of the capital of the region.

Thirteen South African soldiers were killed last week in DRC, where they were part of the UN peace force, as well as a mission of the southern African development community in Drc (Samidrc).

Kagame said that Samidrc “is not a peace force and that there is no room in this situation.”

The 16-state developmental community in South Africa will hold a special summary for a crisis on Friday in Zimbabwe.

Angola, which in the past has mediated a ceasefire between the DRC -and M23 army, has also invited the leaders of Congo and Rwand to meet urgently in her capital, Luada.
