Indian older cricket Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are in the ultimate stages of their career. Both achieved an unprecedented success for India, but the time was responsible for carrying the Indian Crown forward.
Former Indian crisner Sanja Manjrekar has selected two players who can replace Rohita Sharma and Virat Kohli for the following year. Manjrekar called Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal two players who can replace Rohita and Kohlija for several years to come.
Both Gill and Jaiswal had a fantastic start to their international career and are already considered the superstar of the next generation. The players are young too and have the opportunity to strive for the difficulties of the International Crown.

Sanja Manjrekar chooses the heirs of Rohita Sharma and Virat Kohli
During the Star Sports interview, Sanjay Manjrekar was asked about his elections to replace Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Manjrekar thinks that Shubman Gill will continue to work well in the white ball format, while Yashasvi Jaiswal will score consistently after he gets an opportunity at ODIS.
“Shubman Gill will continue to manage well in a white ball crisis. He has already achieved 200 (in ODIS) and has had a good record,” observed Manjrekar.
“We haven’t seen Yashasvi yet (when asked about Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal in a white ball crisis), even though we saw it in the tests. For him the world is there to catch. If he gets a chance, I’m sure he’ll risk him,” he added.

International Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal
While Shubman Gill has an exceptional record in ODIS, he still did not need his mark in the test format. Gill faced technical issues in a red ball format that was worried about him. However, he has skills and talent to overcome his weaknesses.
The 25-year-old scored 2328 Running in 47 ODO in an astonishing average of 58.20 and a strike rate of more than 100. He is also an Indian Vice President for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, and is already viewed as a heir to Rohit Sharma to lead a team to Odis- in.
Meanwhile, Yashasvi Jaiswal started his international career with a bang. Jaiswal has been considered mostly tests so far, but it can do well in all formats. The left opener scored 1798 running in 19 tests on average 52.88 with 4 hundred.
Jaiswal has yet to play ODO, but presented 23 t20i. Despite his inexperience in a 50 -over format, Jaiswal was selected in the Indian trophy team of the champion as the third opener behind Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill.
Great expectations of Rohita Sharma and Virat Kohli
While both Gill and Jaiswal are in the Indian team for the champion trophy, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are likely to play a key role in the campaign. Because he is a captain, Rohit Sharma is expected to bring his offensive play and run the team from the front.
Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli recently passed through a rough patch in the test crice. They failed to make a significant impact on the Border-Gavascar trophy, and also during the Indian test season season.
