Mumbai’s versatile shimamo Dubu was allegedly invited to the Indian team for the current T20I T20I series against England at home. Shimitam Dubu will join the Indian National Cricket team in Rajkota for the remaining T20I matches with five matches, as Indian Express reported.
Shimitam Duba was initially not selected as an Indian team for the T20I series against England. He was not in the scheme of the selector of things, because his last T20 match for India was in July 2024. In the Indian series, he declared himself a series of T20I against Bangladesh, but was replaced by Tilak Varma due to his back injury.
Shimitam Dube should join the Indian team in Rajkota for the permanent series T20I
According to Indian Express, Shimam Dube was invited to join the Indian team in Rajkot, where the second match of T20I will be held against England. This decision comes after Nihish Kumar Reddy allegedly sustained injury and has not yet recovered.
Nori and Hardik Pandya were two versatile composition. Reddy was part of playing XI for the first T20I between India and England in Calcutta. Andhra cricket did not buy or bat, but took two catch during the match.
India won the first T20I against England in Eden Gardens, and will play the second match in Chennai on Saturday, January 25th. The third match will be held in Rajkot on Tuesday, after which the fourth game is in Pune on Friday. This series will conclude with the fifth and last T20I in Mumbai on Sunday, February 2nd.
Shimamo Dubea registered two ducks in a match Ranji Trophy against Jammu & Kashmir
Shimam Duba played for Mumbai in the trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir, where his team suffered a heavy loss. However, his performance was disappointing because he was rejected for the duck in both insertions.
Dube was previously aside due to a back injury that kept him outside the early part of the trophy trophy to wig. However, the left dough was able to recover and continued to play for Mumbai in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, where his team appeared as champions under Shreyas Iyer.
