Don Lemon is behind the lashing out at Trump supporters after online backlash: ‘Too bad…bad’
Former CNN host Don Lemon is standing by calling Trump supporters “stupid idiots,” saying “butthurt” to critics “fucking bad.”
At the beginning of his Show on YouTube Tuesday nightLemon addressed the backlash he received after calling MAGA supporters “dumb and stupid” in an expletive-filled rant days earlier.
Although he insisted he was responding to people who had a “racist” response to President-elect Donald Trump placing Sriram Krishnan as a senior adviser on artificial intelligence, he continued to attack Trump supporters further.

“So, as always, everyone is hurt! I don’t mean all Trump supporters,” Lemon said. “I’m talking to people with a MAGA brain who will say and do anything to make excuses for any behavior by Donald Trump, any bad behavior that constitutes the MAGA movement.”
He continued, “So I stand by my words! And if you don’t like what I said, then too bad, I don’t care!”
Lemon also called out the “hypocrisy” of Trump supporters who attacked him for his language while defending their “cult leader.”
“You’ve messed this up. You have higher expectations of me, an independent journalist, a former cable news anchor, than a person sitting in the Oval Office. Because his mouth is worse than mine,” Lemon said.

He added: “He calls everybody stupid. He calls black women stupid. He calls me stupid. He calls people stupid. He calls Kamala Harris stupid. He calls her names. And he used profanity against athletes. He called them sons of bitches. He calls people names all the time. everything in your feelings!”
In his original video, Lemon called out for supporters President-elect Donald Trump “stupid fucking idiots” and mocked their “stupid MAGA brain”.

“You’re so fucking stupid and you deserve it. You fucking deserve it because you’re so stupid,” he said. “Yes, I rejoice in your stupidity.”

“You’re co-opted because you’re in a fucking cult and you don’t even realize it because you have a stupid MAGA brain and you don’t realize it,” he added. “How dumb and stupid are you?”
