While the first three Israeli hostages held by Hamas have been released to the Red Cross, Brett McGurk, the White House National Security Council’s Middle East and North Africa coordinator, tells “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that the cease-fire agreement is “detailed, a complex arrangement that leaves nothing to chance.”
