Brighton are now making contact over signing the £120k Premier League “monster”.

Brighton & Hove Albion have now expressed an interest in the £120k-a-week signing Premier League defense attorney, according to the report.

Brighton wants to strengthen in several areas

The Seagulls could be set for a rather busy January transfer window as they look to add reinforcements in a number of areas, with Fabian Hurzeler intent on getting his side’s season back on track after a recent run of form.

With Evan Ferguson’s future at the American Express Stadium in doubt, the Seagulls are now looking to sign another young forward, identifying Daniel Cummings as a potential target for this month.

Cummings is not the only striker being considered by Brighton chiefs, as they are also battling Liverpool for the FC Nürnberg striker Stefanos Tzimasafter being impressed by this season’s games of the Greeks in Bundesliga II.

He is a future star…

A new striker may be necessary, with Ferguson likely to move to a new field soon, but Hurzeler is also looking for reinforcements at the opposite end of the pitch, having recently identified a new target.

According to a report in The Daily Mail, Brighton now has expressed interest in signing Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabiojust seven months after completing his move to Stamford Bridge.

The £120k a week the defender has been given regular playing time for the Blues this season but has started just seven top-flight games, with the Seagulls now keen on a permanent deal, having contacted their Premier League rivals to clarify their interest.

It is not clear at this point whether Chelsea’s chiefs will be willing to give the green light to the move, but it is thought that his sale would have a major impact on their adherence to financial rules, which could be the impetus for a deal.

Tošin could be a quality signing

The former Fulham player has proven himself in the Premier League for several years and has been a regular feature for Chelsea in recent weeks, having forced his way into Enzo Maresca’s plans. The Englishman is particularly solid in the air, ranked in 82nd percentile for scoring 90 points last year, and received praise for his ability from reporter Zach Lowy.

It would seem a little odd for Chelsea to sell the 27-year-old so soon after signing him, but they could make a tidy profit by bringing him in on a free transfer as early as the summer. Given Adarabioyo’s defensive prowess, Brighton should be at the front of the queue for his signature if he is available this month.
