Official portraits of President-elect Donald Trump and Vice-President-elect JD Vance
President-elect Donald Trumpthe transition team shared official portraits of Trump and the newly elected vice president JD Vance days before theirs inauguration.
Both brightly lit portraits show Republicans wearing blue suits over white collared shirts and blue ties, with Trump wearing an American flag on his lapel.
Trump’s photo captures his stony expression well his photo from 2023when he was booked into the Fulton County Jail after being charged with crimes related to trying to reverse the president’s loss Joe Biden in the 2020 elections in Georgia.
In Vance’s photo, the former US senator from Ohio is smiling with his mouth closed, his arms crossed over his chest.
Trump’s chief photographer, Daniel Torok, first revealed the photos on Wednesday social media.
