“I had the worst experience with Indigo at Delhi airport and the behavior of the staff especially the counter manager Ms. Sushmita Mittal was absolutely unacceptable. I reached the correct counter on time but was unnecessarily diverted to another counter. just to say later that check-in was closed for me, due to which I missed my flight,” Abhishek wrote on his Instagram story.
“I only had a one day holiday, which is now completely ruined. To make matters worse, they are not offering any additional assistance. This is by far the worst airline experience and worst staff management I have ever had,” he added.
It is believed that Abhishek wanted to spend time with his family and loved ones before joining the Indian squad for the T20I series against England in Kolkata, where the first match will be played on January 22.
