Unitedhealth Group purified his website of many Dei programs and overthrew his disabled employment page. The company says that in accordance with “existing and emerging laws”

Unitedhealth Group (UHG) is a latest company that has purified its website of much of its Dei program, in the obvious capitulation of Trump’s administration directives, which threatened to explore the dei companies.
The company took off several pages associated with Dei and blog posts, Techcrunchreported. Unitedhealth Group was previously transparent in terms of specific actions he took on diversifying his workforce, including “integrating programs that prepare various labor communities” and work with universities to make original talent. In addition to deleting on Wednesday, the website that said that the company “dedicated to diversity, equality and involvement” has changed its language “diversity and inclusion” to focus on “belonging”.
Hr Brew also revealed that UHG took off his disabilition page on Wednesday. Although the company still has an accessibility blog post, it has removed information about its internship program for disability and has passed the best place to work for people with disabilities.
Joy Fitzgerald, the Chief Officer of the Company Diversity of 2021, seems to have held her role, at the time of this reporting.
When he arrived for a comment, UHG would not say if he would change any of his initiatives Dei or eliminate his experience for disability.
“We comply with existing and created laws as we strive to support what is best for the communities we serve,” said the company in a statement to HR Brew. “Our values of supporting the co -operative environment in which we treat each other with mutual respect are still part of our culture and fundamental to expanding access to health services.”
