Claire McCaskill hints that Democrats could be guilty of extinguishing a government

While McCaskill said she expects to go through continuous resolution, the Republicans have been digging, claiming they want to take away Access to Medicaid.
“I anticipate, like all the other dramas, that this week will pass the CR and will continue their current levels of state financing until September,” McCaskill said. “But then a train wreck comes … Then they have to reduce Medicaid to reduce rich people.
