The patient lay on the brackets as hospital staff surrounded her and gave birth to a baby.
Patients from King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and BNH Hospital were gathered in the park and some were in brackets and wheelchairs.
Hospital staff are also seen participating in patients outside the hospitals.
