“That’s the only way,” Musk replied.

Bukele replied, saying that “If you do not soften the corrupt judges, you cannot repair the ground.”

“They will form a cartel (judicial dictatorship) and block all reforms, protecting the systemic corruption that put them in their places,” he added.
