Parents of great technological whistle sound alarming after an unexpected death of a son

Parents of young California technological whistle for which death in 2024 ruled suicide now suing San Francisco City and Districtstating that they violated the laws on public records, refusing to fulfill their demands for information about their son’s death.

Dr. Joseph Cohen, a forensic pathologist who hired Balaji’s parents, spent his private autopsy and noted that Balaji’s shooting wound was “atypical and unusual in suicide.” The 26-year-old also had a contusion on the back of the head, the appeal said.
Cohen also “noted that the bullet trajectory was down with a slight left in the right corner” and “that the bullet completely missed the brain before perforated and placed in the brain stem.”
