Thousands of people gathered at the Republic Square in Paris, France, to gather for International Women’s Day on Saturday, March 8th. France’s journalist Shirli Sitbon reports some of the votes from the square, stating: “It is never too early to start educating children about gender equality, women’s rights and against violence.”
