Protesters Anti-Israella take the building at Barnard College in NYC

A group of more than 50 anti-de-executioners have taken over a building in New York Barnard College and allegedly attacked an employee on Wednesday night.
Students were protesting The expulsion of two students who broke into the Columbia University in January and allegedly threw themselves around leaflets filled with hate speech.
Columbia students for justice in Palestine showed videos on X masked students in the hallway that beat drums and sang megaphone.

The account also published a list of requests followed by the text: “We will not stop until our requirements are fulfilled. Slobodna Palestine.”
Requirements include “the immediate turn of the expulsion of two Barnards” and “Amnesty for all students disciplined Pro-Palestinian action or thought. Drop all expenses immediately! “
They also requested a public meeting with Dean Leslie Grinage and President Laura Rosenbury, and the abolition of the “corrupt Barnard discipline process”, demanding complete transparency for liquid, undergoing a future disciplinary procedure.
Students said they would continue to disrupt the campus until these requirements were fulfilled.

Barnard spokesman said the protesters attacked a faculty employee who was eventually sent to the hospital.
“They encouraged others to enter the campus without identification, showing negligible for the safety of our community,” said Robin Levine, Vice President of Barnard College for strategic communication.

Levine said she would give them by 9:30 pm to leave the building or the school would take other actions.
“We have invested multiple benevolent efforts to deny. Barnard’s leadership was offered to meet with protesters,” Levine said. “They refused. We also offered mediation.”
The protesters began to leave the building until 11 pm, according to Fox 5 New York reports.
