Instagram has installed a new privacy setting that will give all new and existing juvenile accounts in an automatic private way.

Target He apologized on Thursday for a mistake that resulted in some Instagram users reported a flood of violent and graphic content recommended on their personal “reel” page.
“We fix the mistake that made some users see the content in their Instagram Reels Feeda, which was not supposed to recommend. We apologize for the mistake,” a Meta spokesman said in a statement divided by CNBC.
The apology comes after numerous Instagram users have taken to various social media platforms to express concerns about the influx of violent and “not safe to work” content in their feeds.
Some users claimed that they saw questionable content, even if Instagram “sensitive content control” was enabled.
According to Meta policyThe company works to protect users from disturbing images and removal of content that is particularly violent or graphically.
Forbidden content includes videos “showing disassembly, visible interior or coal bodies”, as well as content containing “sadistic remarks according to images depicting the suffering of humans and animals”.
However, the target says that it allows some graphic content if it helps users condemn and raise awareness of important issues such as a violation of human rights, armed conflicts or terrorism. Such content can come with restrictions, such as warning stickers.
On Thursday, CNBC managed to look at several posts on Instagram on the car containing the Upper and the violent content. The post is labeled “sensitive content”.
