ACC Tournament: Duke’s Cooper Flagg leaves a game with injury

Duke beat Georgia Tech 78-70 in ACC tournament Trockfinal on Thursday, but more care after winning is the health of Cooper Flagg.
Duke Freshman left the game in a wheelchair in the first half after falling clumsily on the ankle.
Flagg jumped to return, and as he fell to the ground, he landed on the left ankle. He immediately crumpled on the floor.

A six -footer of six, he kept on the floor for several moments before his teammates helped him.
Flagga then sat on the bench before, clearly in trouble. After leaving the game, Flagga was placed in a wheelchair and taken to the locker room.
Despite the injury, Flagg returned to a bench from the locker room to cheer up his teammates in the second half, but did not go into the game again.
Duke Jon Scheyer said in his press conference after playing that there is a swelling in the ankle.
“The ankle expired. The X -rays were negative, which is great. We just have to see how it is recovering and how it goes from there,” Scheyer said.

Flagg scored two points on 1-7 four jump shots, two stolen balls and a block before leaving due to injury.
Kon Knueppel and Isaiah Evans carried a burden for blue devils in victory.
Knueppel had 28 points, eight assists, five rebounds and two stolen balls, while Evans added 14 points from the bench.
Georgia Tech At one point he led 26-12 in the first half before the devils closed the gap at 31-26 by going at halftime.

Duncan Powell was a catalyst of yellow jackets at a loss, scoring 28 points at 9-20 shootings, including 6-14 shootings from a three-point range.
Baye Ndongo and Lance Terry had 15 and 12 points in loss.
Duke will play the winner Sum and North Carolina in the second round.
