Virginia has become the last in a handful of mostly GOP states that force their officers to implement the law to work with federal authorities to deport illegal immigrants.

Although Virginia is only the latest among the Mountain of GOP to force the implementation of the law to work with ICE, the scope of these new requirements for cooperation is slightly different from the state to the state.
