Trump appoints a right-wing commentator as a Deputy Director of FBI
US President Donald Trump has appointed Right-wing commentator Dan Bongino as deputy director of the FBI.
Trump has announced on social networks that Bongino is “a man of incredible love and passion for our country” and that he will serve under the newly confirmed director of FBI Kash Patel.
Bongino, 50, is a former NYPD and a secret service and has worked as part of the details of protection for two presidents – George W Bush and Barack Obama.
The host of the Podcasta of the same name, whose Facebook posts often attract more attention than those from Fox News and CNN.
“Thank you Mr. President, Attorney General Bondi and director Patel,” Bongino wrote on the X in the post after Trump’s announcement.
In his announcement of social media, Trump said on Sunday that Bongino was “willing and willing to give up” podcast “to serve.”
“Righteousness, justice, law and order will be returned to America and quickly,” Trump added.
He said Bongino would do the “incredible job” on the FBI.
Bongino, who ran for Congress three times, was hosted by the President in his Daily Podcasta, Dan Bongino Show, on the eve of last year’s elections.
The episodes of his program from last week include titles such as “Trump is supplied, and Libine tears,” and “The only people who love crime are criminals !!!”
Talking about his career of a fertile conservative political commentator, Bongino said in 2018, “My life is all about possession of the LIBS.”
Bongin’s new FBI chief Patel has closely confirmed the Senate for the leadership of the Law Implementation Agency that he has been attacked for a long time.
Democrats warned that they would seek retaliation against Trump’s enemies, although the former prosecutor denied any plans to continue political revenge and promised to “renew” the bureau.
