Josh Altman told Fox Business that he predicts that the displaced Palisades residents would move to nearby cities, Orange County, Arizona and Las Vegas.
Fame Real Estate Agent Josh Altman records a huge step in the interest among the displaced inhabitants of the Pacific Palisades in seven specific areas after a devastating fire last month.
During the Fox Business interview, Altman explained that he receives more telephone calls daily from families who want to move to Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Donji Bel-Air, Newport Beach, Scottsdale and Las Vegas.

Josh Altman told Fox Business to predict that the displaced Palisade residents would move to nearby cities, Orange County, Arizona and Las Vegas.

Altman told Fox Business that he talked to someone who shared that a public school in NewPort Beach received 76 new applicants from the Los Angeles family, displaced by La fireonly in the last 10 days.
Realtor explained that it was too early to know if these moves were permanent, but they shared that families seek stability for their children.

“You get comfortable and you have children. You know, you don’t want to move much. And then it comes down to the school situation. Where schools will be now when you know that they are moving not in pallisades, do you know how to put them at a local level where they will be children.

Altman told Fox Business that still believes 70% of Palisades’ inhabitants He will not return to the community after the fire.
