Every February we celebrate Month of black history Respecting the achievements of African American who shaped this nation. From Frederick Douglas to Booker T. Washington, from Thomas Sowell to Ben Carson, black excellence is always defined by persistence, hard work and merit.
Yet in recent years, the concept of merit has attacked the so -called Diversity, equality and inclusion (Dei) movement – a movement that causes much more damage than it uses to the black community.
In the past few months – especially after the historic victory of Donald Trump’s election – the companies have left Dei Breakneck Temp initiatives. Walmart, Target, Meta, McDonald’s, John Deere, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Lowe’s, Molson Coors, Caterpillar, Toyota, Nissan, Boeing and others, everyone reduced or eliminated dei policies, and more and more companies are in line with their footsteps.
In public schools, Dei helped encourage the culture of pronunciation, not excellence. (East)
Some rushed to a wide pressure channeled by activists like Robby Starbuck. Others responded to recent court decisions – including a 2024. The Supreme Court Judgment – This has created legal responsibility for companies that continue to discriminate on the basis of a race or gender. Others are just trying to kill the affection for a new administration and anticipate the predicted regulations.
These regulations are already coming, in the form of executive orders of President Trump who prohibit discriminatory practices in the Federal Government and encourage private companies to follow the lawsuit.
It’s time.
For years, corporate America and government institutions have accepted Dei as a solution for racial differences. But instead of strengthening black Americans, Dei politics They pushed us aside.
These initiatives are prioritized by identity for merit, throwing a shadow to the achievements of black professionals, suggesting that they cannot compete on equal terms. Worse, Dei moves from real questions that interfere with black success and redirect resources to causes that have nothing to do with our progress.
American ‘Second’ Civic Rights Movement and VI
See what is happening today: illegal immigrants and a transgender movement are raised above black Americans. Billions of dollars are full of non-state programs, while public schools in black district still fail.
In public schools, Dei helped encourage the culture of pronunciation, not excellence. Too many black children are said to be unsuccessful grades acceptable because expectations should be lower for them. Personally, I was a witness that children were taught to believe that ‘f’ is fine simply because they are black. It’s not an empowerment – it’s an indoctrination in failure.
The heart of the problem is The victim’s mentality that dei grows. Instead of dealing with real inequality-they would rather promote racial quotas and glued academic standards.
Dei advocates are vehemently opposed to the school’s choice, not because they care about the blacks, but because they want to control the system and choose winners and losers. If they really wanted to lift black children, they would support their parents’ power to choose better schools for their children.

Even in the area of black history, Dei plays an upsetting role in deleting certain black voices. Where are Ben Carson celebrations, Thomas Sowell or Condoleezza Rice? Why don’t we see the main news that emphasizes the contributions of the HUD SCOTTA Turner’s secretary – NFL veterans of the Black Conservative – during the Super Bowla season, which coincides with the month of black history?
The answer is simple: Dei is not about the diversity of thought. It is an ideological conformity.
We need to refuse false promises to dei and return to celebrating black achievements based on merit, character and perseverance.

Black history is filled with men and women who have overcome the trouble not because of the manual or quota, but because of its resistance and the talent given by God. It is a heritage we should respect- not a movement that teaches our children so they cannot succeed without pike.
It’s time to take up for real black excellence and ensure that future generations are not shackled Low expectations of deiBut instead, they are inspired by the unlimited capabilities of hard work and merit.
