Tariff Trump: Mexico President Sheinbaum responds

Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Monday that the United States had agreed to a month’s implementation of Tariff President Donald Trump on the goods from her country.
“We had a good conversation with President Trump with great respect for our relationship and sovereignty; we have achieved a number of agreements,” Sheinbaum wrote in Tvit, according to the translation from Spain.
“Mexico will immediately enhance the northern border with 10,000 members of the National Guard to prevent drug trafficking from Mexico to the United States, especially Fentanil,” Sheinbaum wrote, according to translation.
“The United States is dedicated to working on the prevention of weapons trade with a large power supply to Mexico,” she wrote.
