Diggs is allegedly seeking compensation for “a violation of the defendant and destroying his property.”
“Threats came [Jones] that he had to pay her money or she would go public and ruin his career, “Diggs’s lawyer Kent Schaffer told Houston Chronicle Thursday. “We are somehow in the place where threats have to stop. That is why the decision was made to continue and endure. At some point it just has to end.”

Diggs and Jones had a “casual” relationship last year before the first alleged incident of June 7, when two women entered Diggs’s apartment and “refused to leave”. That day Diggs was reportedly hit and its system and playing system were destroyed.
