Riding in Spring Time-Bionicoldguy

We were fortunate to have a nice time since our last series of rainy storms. It was cool but clear and sunny. These are wonderful conditions for driving. Last Tuesday, my group went southwest Morgan, UP Day Road, then to the end of the Redwood retraat road, and across the hill on Sycamore Road on their return. Great ride, but I forgot to fill one of my batteries. Therefore, I had to bring my individual battery, using it mainly to keep up with the group to uphill. There was only the strength of the legs on the apartments and downhill. This was a clear challenge for me, but still pleasant. Usually Tuesday is considered a light ride for me, but I leaned it as a tough day!
After that, I had three days easier driving, with Thursday and training. Then on Saturday I started a hard drive from 2:45, with intervals and sprints at the end. Later I was tired but recovered nicely. They can be drawn with two heavy driving and two training sessions at the upper body of physical strength a week and still bounce. Yesterday was a simple 75 -minute recovery ride, very relaxing. I plan to continue to enjoy it until the rain returns, which looks in early March.
