Review of Superlife + What I learned

Sharing your thoughts and review of Darin Olien’s book Super life And what I learned.

Hi friends! How’s the morning? I hope you have a great day so far. It’s been a little colder here lately. Just to the point where the air feels beautiful and fresh without being too cold. The morning was really lovely.

For today’s post, I wanted to share my review and thinking about Darina Olien’s book, Superlife. Written in Olien’s engaged conversation, Super life A unique comprehensive view of diet and nutrition, a timeless and important guide to maintaining the human body and maximizing its potential.

Review of the Superlife book

Maybe you know Darin with a few places:

1) was a well -known compound zac efron in All the way to the ground (What I spent rather than mentally discussing who was more attractive. In the end, I think it’s a cow.)

source

2) He is one of the creator of Shakeology! This is Beachbody’s Protein Shake, which is full of superfood and nutritious ingredients. I drank it religiously and I loved it for years but stopped drinking it when I was pregnant with p And he never actually returned to it. It has an amazing taste.

When I saw that Darin had a book, I’m right away Downloaded it to my Kindle app. I finally had the opportunity to dive and finish, and wow. Although there have been a lot of information that I have known for a while from health and wellness space for some time, I still learned the tone. There was also a gentle push to get back to some healthy habits that have fallen from the radar over time. I feel like as many of you, I’ve been really trying to keep my head above the water lately. Finally, I feel like I am almost up to the point where I break into the reference value “simply survive” and can start focusing on several working goals and routine settings.

For a healthy lifestyle, I’m all in adding things to your routine where it makes sense, instead of focusing on their removal. For example: more vegetables, more movement, more fresh air, better sleep, meditation, etc. Instead of smaller cake, less sugar, less meat, mud mud. This book gives many ideas about strategies that you can add to your routine for a great life; One who is colorful, energetic, without pain and without illness.

From the website

In this revolutionary Health and Lifetime Guide, Darin Olien-Branch for Superfoods, Nutritionist, Creator Shakeology and co-organizer of Netflix documents All the way to the ground With Zac efron – provides the key to understanding and using five forces, the only factors that determine if we will be healthy, fit and without illness.

IN Super lifeDarin Olien gives us a whole new way of thinking about health and well -being identifying what she calls life forces: the quality of nutrition, hydration, detoxification, oxygenation and alkalization. Olien shows in detail how to maintain these processes, allowing our bodies to work the rest. He tells us that we can maintain a healthy weight, prevent the most serious diseases and feel great. He explains that all this is possible without any restrictive or supple diet plans that never work in the long run.

Olien has traveled the world, exploring the health properties of food that has held indigenous culture for centuries. Performing his research into practice, he created a unique and proven formula to maximize the potential of our body. It also includes the “How to Eats” user guide with a purchase list, “what to throw”, a guide to creating a healthy, balanced diet plan and tips on how to effectively use accessories.

What I liked in this book

He breaks the book on 5 life forces to emphasize your daily routine: nutrition, hydration, oxygenation, alkalization and detoxification. In each segment, it provides details about the steps you can implement to maximize each component. He also adds tips for exercise, feeding children, supplements, kitchen staples and pattern of 10-day diet and lists. I love how thorough it is in each section with many achievement tips. It is one of my pets when reading a health or wellness book, and the author spends all the time telling you why their plan or philosophy function so well without actually giving you the steps you need. They spend too much on “why” instead of “how” and this book is the perfect blend of both. It is also very talkatively written, so although it includes multiple facts that support science and reviewed studies, it is easy to read.

Notes that I took on the phone while reading:

– Make germs. (You can see more about this here)

“Large salads with lots of raw vegetables – focus on kale and broccoli

– Smoothiei with different ingredients

– Water with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, cayenas and lemons in am

– Food with high chlorophyll content: Chard, Kale, Spirulina, Chlorella

– Make exercise sporadic and fun; Truly challenge yourself

– Find a better source of water. We have a reversal eight here in the house, but it has not been serviced since we first lived here. So we didn’t use it. I filled the big whites from the Whole Foods water. Although I try to find a better option (glass bottles, a great filter like Berkey or even a delivery service). If you have any ideas, let me know!

As a non-vegan who loves vegan food, I’m excited to try some of the new recipes in Super life. Everyone is lively colored and full of vegetables.

So, tell me, friends: What is the best health book or wellness you have recently read?

Are there any great healthy recipes you tried?
