President Donald Trump says the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) could reduce 65% of employees


President Donald Trump Tucked on Wednesday that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) could be the next agency on the chopping block as its administration continues to reveal new cuts to the Federal Government.

Trump told reporters on Wednesday during the first meeting with his cabinet that Epa Lee Zeldin’s administrator watches Reduction of 65% of federal agency employees.

“I spoke with Lee Zeldin, and he thinks he will reduce 65 percent of the environment, and at the same time we will speed up the process,” Trump said. “He had a lot of people who did not do their job, were just a obstruction and a lot of people who didn’t exist.”

Trump also suggested that the Department of Education could face steep cuts while renewing calls to move education back to states. The EPA and White House Office did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital comment.
